To Body Types:
Screw Conveyor
O Type Body Screw Conveyors:
Used in short distance, where dust prevention is important.
U Type Body Screw Conveyors:
Used in long distance.
V Type Body Screw Conveyors:
As same in U-Type but especially prefered where fluidity is low.
K Type Body Screw Conveyors:
Genel olarak çok küçük çaplı helezonlarda teknenin silindirlerde büküm zorluğu olan ve büyük teknelerde de ölçü beraberliğinin temini için tercih edilir.
Kp Type Body Screw Conveyors:
It is same as K Type but the lower corners are cut 45. Generally used with screw with high diameters.
Kpg Type Body Screw Conveyors:
The application of KP Type with multi screws.
To Flight Types
Screw Conveyor
Continuous Screws:
There is no welding connection. All the screw is produced from one plate of steel.
Moon Flight Screws:
Produced from the shovel formed steel by giving them a spiral form. If mixage is needed during transfer this screws shall be prefered.
Lane Flight Screws:
Same as moon flight screws but the form of the blade is different.
Screws With Increasing Pitches:
As may be understood from its name, the material is forced to enter the system with big diameter and leave the system in small diameter. Eespecially used in extraction.
Adımları(Hatveleri) Azalan Helezonlar:
Bu tip helezonlar yukarda belirtilen hallerin tam tersinde, yani malzemenin sıkıştırılması gereken hallerde kullanılır. Malzeme helezona büyük hatvede girip küçük hatvede dışarı çıkmaya zorlanır. Yoğun olarak yağ çıkarma ve ekstrüksiyon işlerinde tercih edilir.
The Flights With Decreasing Screw Diameter::
Konik teknelerde kullanılan bu tür yapraklar Hatveleri Azalan Yapraklarda olduğu gibi malzemenin taşımanın sonuna doğru sıkıştırılması gerektiğinde kullanılır.
Flexible Flights:
These flights work in a plastic tube and is able to stretch with it.
Shaftless Flights:
If the material is coming in irregular forms it is prefered.
Flights Fortified With Wear Plates:
Used for caustic materials like sand washing.
